BILINGUAL MASTER TRAINER - 2nd Shift

PRIMARY FUNCTION: In addition to the required functions of Production Worker, the Master Trainer will be responsible for all training within the assigned line and for maintaining all documentation related to training within this area.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Access the impact of training for all new Teammates joining the line on all parts, quality and safety requirements, operations and activities within the area.
Help ensure the effectiveness of Certified Trainers on all parts, quality and safety requirements, operations and activities assigned that day.
Audit/Maintain all training and Quality records within the cell/line.
Assist in training all Teammates within the line on additional training required for Corrective Actions, Process Changes and Process Deviations.
To be knowledgeable of all quality requirements and process of new programs and parts assigned to the line (Trials and HVPT’s).
Train all Trainers and Teammates on new programs coming into the line.
Complete New Hire “Stay” interviews to impact early turnover.
Perform new hire floor orientation and provide off-floor training presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual; great communication skills in English and Spanish.
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office) Minimum of three (3) months of manufacturing experience.
Complete the formal Train the Trainer Course.
Complete needed Master Trainer instructional courses as needed.
Have a positive approach to all goals and objectives.
Positively represents PSAM.
Vision correctable to 20/40.
No physical limitations to performing all duties and functions.
Position is 2nd shift with the flexibility to train on 1st shift for several months.
