*Career Responsibilities:*
* Oversees and directs daily operations, the entire feed manufacturing process, and the delivery process.
* Ensures quality products are produced in a timely manner.
* Communicates expectations, provides leadership and clear instructions, and coordinates the entire production and delivery cycle.
* Schedules and oversees equipment and delivery fleet maintenance.
* Establishes and maintains an effective inventory control system.
* Performs maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
* Communicates and works with sales and accounting teams to complete the ordering and billing process.
* Supervises, trains, and leads the feed mill operations team.
* Completes and maintains all records for production and transportation.
*Are You Qualified?*
* Previous experience with any of the following:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field, _OR_ 3-5 years of feed mill operations experience.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.
