Remodel Contractor

We are looking for a self starter with home repair skills to join our team! Flexible schedules & small family feel! Hourly rate is based on skill set, efficiency and ability to complete project in timely manner.
Description: * Performing home repairs and maintenence on rental properties and flip homes.
* Job task may include: basic electrical and plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, other general residential construction.
* Work with tenants in a professional manner.
Qualifications: * Skills in home repair and able to do most home remodel tasks independently.
(If not confident in completing tasks described independently, we also have a learning position, 12 to 17 per hour, feel free to reach out if you would like additional information about that position.
* Self-Starter with strong work ethic * Able to do heavy lifting and fast paced work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $18.
00 - $25.
