*Position: *Equipment Operator/Laborer
*Career Responsibilities:*
* Operate and maintain application equipment in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols.
* Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural chemicals accurately and efficiently to crops, following agronomic recommendations and label instructions.
* Monitor weather conditions and field conditions to ensure optimal application timing and effectiveness.
* Calibrate equipment and calculate application rates to achieve desired coverage and minimize waste.
* Keep detailed records of applications, including product usage, field locations, and weather conditions.
* Communicate effectively with agronomists, farm managers, and other team members to coordinate application schedules and address any concerns.
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
* Adhere to all relevant regulations and environmental standards governing chemical application and waste disposal.
* Follow proper safety procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling chemicals responsibly.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to custom application techniques.

* Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
* Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $65,000.
