Superintendent of Construction needed in Mansfield, OH Division: RCS Construction About Us: RCS and Bruns Construction have been serving the commercial and residential construction industries for more than 70 years.

Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site.
Manage workers to ensure completion of certain tasks by scheduled time.
Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Manager to complete job on time and budget.
Ensure necessary material is delivered at appropriate times.
Quality control and inspection of work on the job site is critical.
Prefer some time spent studying construction management.
Experience working in various fields in the construction industry, knowledge of common materials, equipment, and tools is a must.
Require some time spent in field with other company Superintendents to ensure competence and understanding of duties.
Hands on leader.
Salary negotiable BOE.
