Overview: Henry Development Group is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Project Manager.
Our group buys, revitalizes, leases, and maintains historic commercial and residential spaces in downtown Marion.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Duties: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment - Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates and address any issues or concerns - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Familiarity with project estimation and budgeting processes This role offers competitive pay and perks, as well as an opportunity to do impactful work in our community, bringing life to historic buildings and seeing projects come together.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
