Our group buys, revitalizes, leases, and maintains historic commercial and residential spaces in downtown Marion.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with project estimation and budgeting processes
