Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the execution of multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with owner to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Skills:
- Strong project portfolio management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies for process improvement
- Proficient in technical writing for creating project documentation and reports
- Familiarity with earned value managemen for tracking project performance
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects
- Project engineering experience, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello or similar software
